I'm not usually a person that writes reviews, but, I had to make the exception and express how grateful I am to Mary Beth Pfannerstill. I contacted her by reference from a friend. I had to sell my house because I had to move to another area. Mary Beth was very professional from day one. Her kindness, knowledge and dedication is higher than expected. I was very impressed with her. We followed her recommendations and we managed to sell my house quickly. We met Mary Beth Pfannerstill after a tough decision to sell our first home needing to move closer to Tampa for both work and to be nearer to family. Since we really loved our home we knew it would be a difficult process to close that particular chapter of our lives. Mary Beth came highly recommended by a family member who had enjoyed her buying experience several years ago so much in purchasing a first home that she called on the talent and expertise of Mary Beth and her team once again when selling several years later. Mary Beth was always there for us even after our closing. Very genuine and courteous and always goes the extra mile to make her clients happy. Mary beth was fantastic! The moment she met us she was genuinely happy to help. We met Mary Beth a few years ago through Zillow and I really feel like we hit the jackpot! She was extremely encouraging and helpful from start to finish. She was patient with us over the course of 2 or 3 years as we waited for the "right timing" for our family to make our move. She never made us feel pressured or rushed to do anything. She took the time to really understand what we wanted and helped us find homes to look at that met our desires - we even completely changed the county we were looking in from when we initially met. I do a lot of researching on my own and like to take time to fall in love with the right house. She was actually the one that found the house we ended up purchasing as it had just come on the market that day. The house would have been gone within that first weekend if she hadn't sent it to us in such a timely fashion. She was already invaluable to us before that due to her knowledge and patience, but I can never thank her enough for showing us our dream home that checked all our boxes. We couldn't be happier! She helped us through the negotiations, offering advice on the best approach through that process to help us make the most competitive offer on a house that had multiple offers. Even though ours came with a contingency of the sale of our home, because of her expertise, our offer was the one accepted. She then helped us through the inspection process and offered advice through that. She made herself available in the early mornings and even later in the evenings to make sure everything got taken care of (I'm not sure when she sleeps or if she's even human!). She had a list of recommendations readily available for lenders and inspectors that we could choose from. We were happy with both providers she helped get us connected with. She made sure we knew all the implications as far as taxes go to help us save the most money. She almost always answered the phone, and if she couldn't she texted immediately and called as soon as she was available, always getting back within a few hours. She also didn't disappear after closing. She continued following up with us to make herself available for questions and make sure there were no new concerns that came up with the home. We have been in the house for 2 months now and I can still call her with questions and concerns if I have any (which I don't, because she was so thorough before). Like I said, I couldn't be happier. She loves her job and is extremely professional. We hope to not make a move anytime soon, but she will certainly be the first person we call when that day comes, with no reservations. I have never felt more at peace and understood through a typically stressful process (and I was 7 months pregnant during this purchase). We can't thank you enough Mary Beth! Wishing you the best!

Mary beth is an amazing person and realtor. Since we started our home buying process a year ago, she has been with us every step of the way. She really listened to our wants and needs and found our family the perfect house. We are first time home buyers and ended up going with a new construction home. It was a lot to learn and handle, but Mary beth made it easy for us. She came to every appointment, inspection, etc. She explained the process to us and kept us informed.
